課程概述 |
《課程說明》
本課程之目的在介紹英法語系人類學研究之東南亞民族誌，與來自本地區之重要的人類學理論派別，希望給予同學扎實的區域民族誌基礎，以提供良好的比較研究視野。課程設計將針對以下主題進行 : 1. 性別 2. 空間與地景 3. 環境與社會4. 家與兄弟姊妹關係 5.全球化議題。另外，將選讀幾本在人類學研究上具深遠影響的經典民族誌。
我們亦將在課堂上提供東南亞研究的即時訊息，針對台灣與世界上重要的東南亞研究期刊與年會的出版狀態，當代東南亞研究議題的新興課題與台灣東南亞新移民社群等相關資料的介紹，以增加同學修習本課程的接觸視野。

課程目標 |
《上課方式》
上課第一部份由指定分組之同學輪流報告當週之必讀書目，第二部分由老師引導同學提問與綜合討論，第三部分為老師針對必讀書目與參考書目為主軸講課。每位修課之同學由第2週至第15週均必須針對必讀書目準備1個上課參與討論之問題(2次分組報告當週除外)，於上課前一天(每星期天晚上十二點前)以郵件傳到老師之信箱。
所有修課同學每4人一組，由七週針對不同主題設計之課程中選擇一週報告，每人再由五週經典民族誌嬝炊凶嚝雂@週，作兩次分組口頭報告。報告時間為60-80分鐘，每人負責約15分鐘的內容摘要之外，還要回應其他修課同學所提出的問題。報告除了清楚摘要嬝炊漁e之外，建議可以增加各組自行收集與該週主題相關之研究資料(包括研究地之歷史、地理、社會經濟現況與其他研究者對該議題或該研究的探討等等)的整理。以上兩次分組口頭報告各占學期成績20%，期末報告以書面報告形式繳交占40%。
課程研讀文章中打星號*為無英譯本之法文文章，將由老師講解，若有同學具嬝牧k文程度者亦歡迎與老師主動連絡。

課程要求 |
《期末書面報告要求》
期末書面報告請同學選擇與課程相關之主題(不限課程內容所列，亦可以其他如宗教、親屬、都市化、觀光或歷史等，但請先與老師討論後再確定)，以東南亞地區之社會作民族誌材料之分析，亦可以單一國家之研究或人類學者為核心進行研究概念發展的探討。期末報告字數大約4000-6000字左右，附引用書目，課程結束後兩個禮拜內交出(1月21號前)。報告格式請參考台灣人類學刊。
報告遲交一天扣一分，十天後(1月31日)將不再接受補交。報告請勿抄襲，亦請謹慎使用網路資料搜尋，抄襲若有具體事證，將以零分計算。

課堂提問與出席 : 20%
分組主題報告1 : 20%
分組民族誌報告2 : 20%
期末報告 : 40%
本課程將隨堂點名，缺課一次扣學期成績5分，三次未到者依學校規定不再計算學期成績，請修課同學留意。
